- Use a theme to promote your business
- Each event can have up to four co-sponsors - partnerships help reduce costs
- Sponsors select location, hors d’oeuvres and cash or complimentary bar
Host/Sponsor’s responsibilities
- Select Your Date with the Chamber (typically held on Wed or Thurs from 5:30-7:30pm/Day and time is flexible for your convenience)
- Provide some type of appetizers and refreshments.
- Provide door prize
- Provide small table for Chamber to check in attendees
Chamber staff will draft and email/mail your invitation for you.
Creativity and stating door prize is recommended. Invite will be distributed at least 10 days prior to event.
