What you will do:
In this role, you will be a crucial part of the leadership team. You will work closely with the Director to ensure the success of the home care operations, with special focus on caregiver training, coaching, payroll, and scheduling.
This is generally a full-time - Monday-Friday position; however, some evening and weekend work may be required as needed.
What you will need:
CNA, LPN or other patient/client care certification
Minimum of three years' caregiver experience and/or experience in geriatrics
Minimum high school diploma. Two-year associates degree, or equivalent education and experience preferred
Valid driver's license, with good driving record and auto insurance
COVID-19 vaccination is required to work in a healthcare setting
