A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A TUDOR OAKS CHEF:
As the Chef for our upscale private fine dining restaurant, you lead a talented culinary staff in preparing lunch and dinner for our active independent living residents. You help create inspired menus, and prepare appetizing, delicious, and nutritious meals. As you prepare our community's daily meals, you take pride in how your food tastes, is plated and served (HOT!). You also assist in day to day kitchen operations, ingredient resourcing, and production scheduling/management. You stay calm under pressure, and are a team oriented problem solver. Your team is made up of fun, friendly individuals who truly enjoy their work, and working together. You will enjoy working in our 2000 square foot state of the art kitchen, with all the amenities of a full service, fine dining establishment, without working all the late nights and weekends.
Hours for this position are from 10:00am- 6:30pm with some 6:30am-3:30pm shifts and weekend time required.
