Muskego Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the Muskego High School Technology Education class. Under the direction of Teacher Jim Michlig, students simulate the manufacturing process designing and building quality cedar Adirondack Chairs. The chairs are painted in themed décor by local art students.

The Chamber’s Education & Mentoring Committee presents this fundraiser to raise awareness of workforce development and fund the Chamber’s on-going activities for students, such as: mentoring lunches, career tours, and student scholarships. Businesses may sponsor a chair for $200. This covers the building and painting supplies. Sponsors will be recognized in marketing promotions, receive a professional photo of the sponsored chair, and given the opportunity to display the finished product during the fall fundraiser.

The Adirondack Chair Silent Auction will be held this fall, encouraging the community to visit sponsor locations while promoting local business, the students’ work, and the Chamber’s initiative for student education. We hope you will consider sponsoring one of the seven chairs.
